Prof. Jacob George reports: Sri Mohanlal came to know about Meenachilar Meenantharayar project from various sources especially from the emotional speeches of finance minister Dr. Thomas lssac. He showed deep interest in the project and expressed his desire to associate himself with the project. That's why he released the second volume of the activities at CMS college on 2nd Feb. He also promised to make a documentary on the subject in the near future.
